Melanie Rome is a seasoned professional in product operations with a diverse background in managing and optimizing product strategies across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Operations at Peacock since October 2024, Melanie previously held key positions at Faire, including Senior Product Operations Manager for Programs and Product Operations Manager for International. Earlier experience includes roles at MongoDB as Program Manager for Product Commercialization & GTM, and several positions at pymetrics and Namely, focusing on product operations, client success, and implementation. Melanie began a career in account management and technical recruitment at TEKsystems. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
