Michael Costello

Michael Costello has gained valuable experience in human resources and people operations throughout their career. Starting as a Retail Coordinator at Honeybaked Ham in 2009, they later moved on to roles such as Human Resources Manager and Associate Relations and Staffing Specialist. In 2013, they joined PeakMade Real Estate as Director of People Operations before being promoted to Senior Director and then Vice President of People Operations in 2022. Prior to these roles, they also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator/Senior Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services from 2006 to 2008.

Michael Costello attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2001 to 2005. In 2016, they obtained a certification in the Co-Active Coach Training Program from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
