Marilyn is an innovative People Operations leader with a decade of experience in the Education and Human Resources fields. She currently serves as the Vice President of People Ops for Vital Voices an NGO investing in women taking on the world’s greatest challenges to achieving gender equity globally.
She has experience in Change Management, Employee Engagement, L&D, Recruitment, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, DE&I, and Employee Relations. Her passion lies in designing and implementing people-centric programs and processes to support equity and wellbeing in the workplace.
As an Educator, Recruiter, and self-described Disruptor she has recognized the importance of transforming systems and broader society through the power of institutional change and connection. Over the course of her career, Marilyn’s passion and enthusiasm for equity ignited her focus on supporting Women, Mothers, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
