Jennifer Patterson

Jennifer Patterson is an Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners. She oversees asset performance, and management operations for the firm’s properties located in New Mexico, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. Jennifer has an extensive background in property management and on-site operations. She began her career as a leasing consultant for Triton Investments, and quickly progressed to Vice President with Horizon Property Management/Cornerstone. For the past 2 years, she has been with Aveneu5, as a Regional Manager. During her career, she has been responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, extensive capital projects, property renovations, as well as property lease ups, in Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Wyoming. She has experience with all types of properties, including Section 42 multi-family, Senior and luxury Communities. She is a current board member of the Utah Apartment Association.
