Carrie Rinehart

Carrie Rinehart, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carrie started their career as a Payroll Administrator at United Solar Systems in 1997. Carrie then progressed to roles such as HR Consultant at Bekaert ECD Solar Systems and HR Generalist at Bekaert ECD Solar Systems. In 1997, they joined United Solar Ovonic as a Senior HR Generalist and later became the Human Resource Manager-Corporate. Carrie managed all HR functions and led a team of six. In 2011, they joined Linear Mold & Engineering as the Human Resource Manager, overseeing HR functions and reporting directly to the President/Owner. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant, providing services to Tier 1 Automotive suppliers and service industries in areas such as business management, workforce planning, compensation, and benefits. Since 2015, they have been working as the Director of People & Culture at Peak Management LLC.

Carrie Rinehart, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Madonna University. Carrie also completed an SPHR Exam Preparation course at Walsh College. In addition, they hold the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
