Randy Elkins

Randy Elkins is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Peak Nano since August 2024, Randy held the CFO position at BrandMuscle from May 2019 to August 2024. Prior to that, Randy founded E&E Financial Consulting LLC, offering services in M&A advisory, interim CFO solutions, and restructuring from June 2016 to August 2019. Previous roles include CFO/COO at Diamond Metals Distribution LLC, VP of Strategic Initiatives at Constellation Enterprises, and CFO at Commercial Metal Forming. Additional experience includes consulting and controller roles at prominent companies such as Panther Expedited Services and Mayfran International. Randy Elkins holds a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
