Craig Hatfield McMi

Craig Hatfield MCMI has a comprehensive work experience in various logistics and operations roles. Craig'smost recent position is as the Head of Logistics at Peak Pharmacy starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at The Modern Milkman from 2020 to 2023, including Head of Fulfilment, Head of UK Operations, and Operations Lead. Before that, they worked as the Transport Development Manager at Next from 2019 to 2020. Craig also has significant experience in the military, having served as an Operations Manager in HM Forces from 2018 to 2019 and as a Transport Manager at Armed Forces from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they served as a Supply Logistics Manager at Armed Forces from 2014 to 2015 and as a Senior Instructor in the Army Reserve from 2011 to 2014. Prior to their military career, Craig was a CBRN SME team leader in the Armed Forces from 2003 to 2011. Throughout their various roles, they have demonstrated expertise in logistics planning, operations management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Craig Hatfield MCMI obtained a Level 6 certificate in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute in August 2014. Craig then pursued further education at Northumbria University from 2016 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Leadership.
