Mayco Quiroz is a highly experienced CPA and CMA with a diverse range of roles in finance and operations. Mayco began their career in 2001 as a Production Accountant at Primesco International and subsequently worked as a Project Accountant at Harris Corporation. In 2004, they joined Fido Solutions as a Senior Revenue Analyst and later transitioned to L'Oréal as a Management Cost of Sales professional.

In 2007, Mayco became the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary for both the US and Canadian branches of IOU Financial Inc. Mayco played a vital role in developing the company's strategy and overseeing its operations. It was during this time that they successfully built and managed a team of over 70 professionals.

In 2016, Mayco co-founded MontBridge Capital and served as its President. Mayco was responsible for executing the Mortgage Lending Fund's investment strategy, managing investor relations, and overseeing all legal and compliance matters.

Starting in 2018, Mayco took on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Executive VP of Operations at Cubeler Inc. There, they played a key role in the timely development of an online application and managed relationships with key business partners.

Mayco then moved to GoliathTech Corporation in 2019, working initially as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer before becoming the Chief Financial Officer and Interim-President. In these roles, they developed and implemented operational and financial strategies, supervised multiple departments, managed banking relationships, and ensured compliance in franchise chain relations.

In March 2023, Mayco joined National Excavation Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for financing, financial reporting, and project management. Mayco played a crucial part in defining and implementing operational, legal, and financial strategies.

Finally, Mayco joined Tenet in August 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing daily operations of the company's North American divisions, which include corporate, business services, and data science and artificial intelligence.

Throughout their career, Mayco has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, strategy development, team leadership, and relationship management.

Mayco Quiroz has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Concordia University, which they obtained between 1997 and 1999. Mayco then went on to receive their Certified Management Accountant qualification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2002. In 2017, they obtained the Exempt Market Practitioner certification from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada. Mayco Quiroz also holds additional certifications including Exempt Market Dealer Practitioner from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada and Certified Management Accountant from CPA Canada.
