Caroline Cox has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Caroline is currently working as a Product Manager at Peak Power Inc since 2023. Prior to that, Caroline worked at GreenBlue Org, where they held multiple roles over the years. From 2016 to 2023, they served as the Director of How2Recycle, overseeing the technical product management of their software and leading operations for the How2Recycle program. Caroline also played a key role in the development of the How2Recycle Member Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiencies and enhance the user experience. Caroline's work at GreenBlue Org had a significant impact, influencing sustainable improvements to over 7% of packaging designed in the US and Canada.

Before GreenBlue Org, Caroline worked at Keller Williams Elite-Peninsula as a Marketing and Agent Services Manager in 2015, and at Open Gate Farm as an Internships & Special Projects Manager from 2013 to 2015. Their early work experience includes serving as a Fitness Team Supervisor at Christopher Newport University from 2012 to 2015.

Caroline Cox pursued their higher education first from 2011 to 2015 at Christopher Newport University. Later, in 2019, Caroline enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder to pursue a Master of the Environment degree, specializing in Renewable and Sustainable Energy.
