Carla Bright

Carla Bright is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker since March 2022, Carla has also held the role of Senior Leasing Manager and Ohio Licensed Real Estate Agent at Peak Property Group, LLC since September 2010, managing 232 multi-family units in the Columbus area while maintaining delinquency rates under 2% and occupancy rates at 98% for a decade. Prior experience includes working as a Leasing Agent at Oakwood Management from March 2009 to August 2010, where Carla assisted in managing nine large-scale rental communities in Central Ohio. Carla holds an Associate's degree in Real Estate from Columbus State Community College.
