Michelle Lui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality control, IT management, and credit policy analysis within the lending industry. Currently serving as the Encompass Administrator and Quality Control Manager at Peak Residential Lending since November 2022, Michelle manages the Encompass360 software system and oversees the company's IT operations and employee onboarding processes. Prior roles include Credit Policy Analyst at Loan Simple and Quality Control Post Close Auditor at Academy Mortgage Corporation, where Michelle focused on risk mitigation, compliance, and policy development. Michelle holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Secondary Education and History from Illinois Wesleyan University.
