Ray Ballotta

Ray Ballotta has extensive work experience in finance and private equity. Ray is currently serving as a Managing Director and PE Operating Partner at Peak Rock Capital. Previously, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Cardinal Midstream from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Ray was a partner at Deloitte for nearly two decades, where they led numerous mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory engagements for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Ray Ballotta holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Ray also possesses a double major in Accountancy and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Ray has obtained a CPA certification.
