Andy Cleveland

Andy Cleveland has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andy started their career as a Q/A - Support Representative at Compulink Business Systems in 2002, where they provided support for office management software and handled various customer issues. In this role, they also worked on special projects and created custom reports using Crystal Reports.

In 2008, Andy joined Robert Half Technology / Sarcom, Inc / Apex, Inc as a Field Service Technician, where they were responsible for on-site support and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and printers.

From 2011 to 2012, Andy worked as a Deskside Support Tier 2 / Field Technician at Working onsite Amgen, Inc. for Unisys Corporation, Apex Systems, Inc / Sarcom, Inc. In this role, they played a key role in implementing a Concierge Kiosk for laptop support at Amgen Campus. Andy also handled re-imaging, hardware and software installation, support, and maintenance of workstations, desktops, and laptops.

Andy then joined Unisys in 2011 as a UTS Field Svc Tech 5, providing field service support. Andy worked on various tasks including hardware and software support, desktop support, and VPN support.

Starting in 2012, Andy worked at Ontic BBA Aviation as a System Technician II. Andy supported over 6700 end users in multiple roles and environments, including global locations. Andy was part of the 24/7 Tactical Assistance Rotation Team, providing support using Service Now. Andy also specialized in Active Directory, Exchange Administration, Citrix environments, and various other software.

In 2019, Andy joined Fiserv EFT as an Implementation Analyst. In this role, they acted as an ambassador and ensured successful installation and functionality of payment devices at California DMV offices. Andy also audited work done by installers and provided ongoing support to clients.

Currently, Andy works at Peak Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager, Lead Technician, and Windows 10 Migration Project Technician. Andy is a part of a travel team responsible for installing 5-40 devices per day at various locations. Andy ensures the validation of printer installations and maintains communication with customers to schedule visits and complete tasks within the given timeframe.

Andy Cleveland attended ITT Technical Institute from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technical Project Management and an Associate degree in Computer Network Systems.
