Amy Cwalina

Amy Cwalina has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Amy is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at PEAK6, where they lead the People efforts for various business units and focuses on ensuring best people practices and removing roadblocks. Amy has co-founded the Women in Tech Alliance and facilitated technology department networking across the firm. Prior to PEAK6, Amy founded their own consulting company, A to Z Consultants, LLC, where they emphasized the importance of employee experience. Amy also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Uptake Technologies, LLC, overseeing the company's growth and managing a team of recruiters. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Startup Institute, mentoring students on creating their career story. Amy's earlier experiences include roles at Lightbank as a Talent Scout, Jobspring Partners as a Recruiter, and an internship at the Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program.

Amy Cwalina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a specialization in Environmental Studies from Michigan State University.
