James Baboulas

James Baboulas has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate field. James started their career as a Law Clerk at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in 2013. In 2014, they served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Kyriakopoulos. James then joined Lavelle Law, Ltd. as a Law Clerk from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Baboulas began working at Sidley Austin LLP, where they took on roles as a Corporate Staff Attorney and later as an Associate. James remained at Sidley Austin LLP until 2019.

In 2018, Baboulas briefly worked at Brunswick Corporation as Counsel - Mergers and Acquisitions. James then joined PEAK6 in 2019 as an Associate General Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at PEAK6, starting from January 2022.

James Baboulas completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012. James then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, from 2012 to 2015.
