Yael Kfir

Yael Kfir is an accomplished executive in the healthcare and technology sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of MEDow.AI, a FemTech startup focused on transforming breast cancer care. Simultaneously, Yael co-founded Peaks Life Science, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting Israeli healthcare innovators, and is an advisor at Peaks Giza Ventures and Ovom Care, which offers AI-driven fertility technologies. Previously, Yael held prominent roles at Fairtility, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and MSD Sharp & Dohme, where extensive experience was gained in strategic marketing, operational management, and business development.
