Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Observer on the Board of Directors at Aidium Mortgage CRM, a position held since August 2024, where the focus is on S&M acceleration and CRM solutions for mortgage lenders. Johnson's experience includes roles as an Associate and Investment Analyst at PeakSpan Capital since August 2022, and previously as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Spurrier Capital Partners in June 2021. Early career experience includes participation in Goldman Sachs' Insight Series in 2020, a Summer Analyst position at PeakSpan Capital, and a mentorship program at Barclays Investment Bank. In addition, Johnson took part in the Audax Women in Private Equity Forum in early 2020. Prior legal experience was gained as an intern with the United States Attorneys' Offices, where investigative research was conducted. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with minors in Math and History from Middlebury College, graduating in 2022, and holds a high school diploma from Gill St. Bernard's School.
