Lisa Betzer, PHR CDSP

Lisa Betzer, PHR CDSP has an extensive career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Lisa began their career in 2003 at Aveda Corporation, where they held the roles of Salon Sales Analyst, Admissions Representative, and Keyholder. In 2012, they moved to Spirae and held the roles of Human Resources Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant. In 2017, they joined Zayo Group as the Talent Acquisition Manager and then as the Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2020, they joined Techtonic, Inc. as the Human Resources Director and Peaksware Holdings, LLC as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and then Director of Talent Acquisition.

Lisa Betzer has a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. In 2017, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute. In August of 2022, they obtained a Talent Sourcing Specialist Certification (Personal) from SocialTalent, and in September of 2022, they obtained a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) certification from Sourcing Training & Certifications by Brain Gain Recruiting. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from Aveda Corporation, Microsoft Excel Level 1, Microsoft Excel Level 2, Microsoft Excel PivotTables: Build, manipulate and chart data, and Microsoft PowerPoint Level 1 from New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
