Bonnie Gross

Bonnie Gross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relations and customer service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Relations at PeakView Solutions since September 2013, Bonnie has also held the position of Director of Client Relations and Development. Prior roles include Manager of Dispatch for the Operations Support Team at Time Warner Cable from August 2006 to September 2013, and Customer Service Manager at both Comcast (2002-2006) and Continental Cablevision and MediaOne (1981-1999). Bonnie earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2009.
