Matt Caldwell

Matt Caldwell is a seasoned consultant and project manager currently serving as a Senior Consultant at InflowCX since April 2023. Previously, Matt held several leadership roles, including Practice Lead - PMO and Senior Project Manager at PPT Solutions, LLC (October 2021 - March 2023), and Senior Project Manager / Program Manager at RainFocus (December 2020 - October 2021). With a strong background in project management and process optimization, Matt has successfully managed diverse consulting contracts focusing on project oversight, internal process improvements, and call center operations across various companies. Matt’s earlier experience includes project management roles at Academy Mortgage Corporation and inContact, as well as workforce management at Lexington Law Firm and operations analysis at JetBlue Airways. Educational qualifications include two Master’s Degrees from Brigham Young University in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, and Geography and Cartography.
