Kritika Grover

Kritika Grover is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Peak XV Partners since June 2023, following a position at Sequoia Capital from February to June 2023. Previously, Kritika held the role of associate at the Boston Consulting Group from August 2021 to January 2023 and served as a strategy intern at Tata 1mg for a brief period in mid-2021. Early career experiences include a summer internship at Strategy& in 2020, where Kritika contributed to the digitalization of a major Indian consumer goods company's distribution network, earning a pre-placement offer. Additionally, Kritika interned at Vedanta Resources Limited in 2019, assessing safety standards for oil fields, and conducted summer research at ETH Zurich in 2018 on greenhouse gas emissions. Kritika holds a dual degree (BTech. and MTech.) in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
