Carlos Pacheco

Carlos Pacheco is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in deposit operations and retail banking. Currently serving as Director of Deposit Operations and Vice President of Deposit Operations at Peapack-Gladstone Bank Private Banking since June 2018, Carlos previously held similar roles at New Jersey Community Bank, overseeing multiple banking functions including IT operations and human resources. Prior to that, Carlos was Assistant Retail Operations Manager and Assistant Treasurer at 1st Constitution Bank, managing branch oversight and client account services.
