Kelly Laflamme

Kelly Laflamme is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant writing, consulting, and program management for nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Grant Writing Specialist at Pear Associates, LLC since September 2020, Kelly supports various mission-driven clients with grant writing, strategic planning, and needs assessments. Additionally, as a Consultant to the Reframing Aging Initiative through the Gerontological Society of America, Kelly contributes to social change efforts aimed at countering ageism in America. Previous roles include Communication Consultant at FrameWorks Institute, Program Director at Endowment for Health, and Program Associate at Children's Alliance of NH, among others. Kelly holds an MPA from NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a BA in Communication from La Salle University.
