Alison Bauerlein

Ms. Bauerlein has served as a member of Pear’s board of directors since December 2021 and is chair of the Audit Committee. She is a cofounder of Inogen, Inc, (NASDAQ: INGN) and currently serves as an executive advisor. Most recently, she served as Inogen’s chief financial officer and executive vice president, Finance from March 2014 until December 2021. Ms. Bauerlein also serves on the board of directors of Gelesis Holdings, Inc, (NYSE: GLS), a biotherapeutics company, as well as Koya Medical, Inc, and Equinox Ophthalmic, Inc, which are private companies. Ms. Bauerlein has over 20 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, and risk management, as well as strategic and tactical cost analysis and forecasting. Ms. Bauerlein received a BA in economics/mathematics with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
