Russ Bechthold

Russ Bechthold has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Russ started their career at AT&T in 1995 as a Sr. Specialist - Network Planning Engineer. Russ then held various roles within AT&T, including Communication Technician, Central Office Engineer, and Network Planning Engineer. In 2005, Russ joined AT&T/Cricket Wireless as an Indirect Sales Executive, where they ensured optimal customer experience and served as a liaison between Authorized Retailer Principals and the company. Russ also worked as a Sr Specialist - Network Planning and Capacity Engineer at AT&T, where they accurately forecasted and provisioned the network to meet present and future demand. Russ's most recent role was as a Detail Engineer at Pearce Services. Currently, they are working as a Network Operations Assistant at Frontier Communications.

Russ Bechthold has an AS degree in Electronics from American River College. Russ also has obtained various certifications, including Learning Document Retention and Data Management, Cisco Certifications: First Steps, Design Thinking: Implementing the Process, Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization, UX Foundations: Research, and Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, all from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2020.
