Nate Cross

Nate Cross has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nate began their career in 2005 with the United States Air Force, where they worked as an Air Transportation specialist until 2008. Nate then joined Ingram Micro as a Sales Representative from 2009 to 2012.

In 2012, Nate transitioned to Con-way Inc., where they served as a Freight Operations Supervisor until 2014. Simultaneously, they also worked for Logistic Dynamics, Inc. as a Business Development Specialist from 2014 to 2020.

In 2019, Nate ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner and Podcaster of Freight 360. Nate played a key role in managing the company and hosting a podcast on industry-related topics.

Currently, Nate is working at Pearce Worldwide Logistics, Inc. as the VP of Agent Development and Services since June 2020. Nate'sresponsibilities in this role include overseeing agent development within the organization.

Throughout their career, Nate has also served in various leadership positions in the US Army. From 2008 to 2021, they held roles such as Regional Maintenance Manager, Movement Control Officer, Company Commander, Operations Officer, Executive Officer, Platoon Leader, and Transportation Officer/Assistant Operations Officer.

Nate Cross attended Hamburg High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Regents Diploma in NYS Regents. Later, they pursued their higher education at Canisius University from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
