Samantha Carfi

Samantha Carfi currently serves as Staff Counsel at Clever Devices since June 2024. Previously, as Associate General Counsel at Pearl Certification from March 2020 to June 2024, Samantha played a key role in establishing the company's legal department, managing compliance and contracts, and advising leadership during significant growth. Earlier experience includes various roles in legal and HR management, such as People Services & Legal Manager at Pearl and legal internships at Legal Services NYC and Ledwidge & Associates. Samantha's background also encompasses business management and administrative support positions across multiple industries, including experience at Focus Lighting and IBM. Samantha holds a Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law and additional certifications in HR Management from Wharton Executive Education, along with a BS in Economics from St. John's University.
