Joe Castillo

Joe Castillo currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pearl River Resort since November 2024. Previously, Joe held multiple positions at Parx Casino from 2012 to November 2024, including Assistant Director of Finance, Senior Accounting Manager, and Food & Beverage Controller, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations and developing financial reports. Prior experience includes serving as Food & Beverage Controller at Morton's The Steakhouse from 2005 to 2012, managing accounting and corporate reporting functions for over ten locations. Joe Castillo holds a Master of Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Real Estate and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
