Jonathan Pollard

Jonathan Pollard is a seasoned professional in urban planning and development management, currently serving as Development Manager at Pearland Economic Development Corporation since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Planner for the City of Celina and Urban Planner for the City of Frisco. Jonathan has also held positions as a Construction Inspector and QC Laboratory Supervisor at Wood, where responsibilities included managing technician schedules and conducting construction site inspections in the SFW area. Earlier in the career, roles included Engineering Technician at RRC Companies and Consultant for Spentec Electric. Jonathan possesses a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both obtained from Sam Houston State University between 2011 and 2016.
