Dawn Prior

Dawn Prior is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR Director at Pearson Engineering Ltd since July 2025, Dawn Prior previously held the position of HR Director (UK) and Business Partner (Europe) at Marelli from January 2021 to July 2025. Prior to that, Dawn Prior was associated with TT Electronics plc from April 2013 to January 2021, where roles included VP Human Resources for Power Electronics, HR Director, and HR Manager. Dawn Prior began the career at Piramal Pharma Solutions, working as HR Manager and HR Facilitator from 2005 to April 2013. Educationally, Dawn Prior holds a BA (Hons) in Business and HRM from the University of Sunderland, completed between 2000 and 2005.
