Chelsea Dias

Chelsea Dias currently serves as the Director of Strategy, Planning & Insights at Pearson, a role held since September 2023. Prior experience includes a Director position at EY-Parthenon from August 2020 to September 2023, where Chelsea also worked as a Consultant and Summer Consultant. An MBA candidate at NYU Stern School of Business from 2018 to 2020, Chelsea specialized in Finance, Strategy, and Business Analytics, actively participating in various student organizations and developmental programs. Previous roles include Strategic Operations Analyst at Aspire Health, Corps Member with Teach For America, and internships with the UNHCR and the United States Senate.
