Lattelle Solomon Reaves has extensive experience in employee experience and diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Director of Employee Experience and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Pearson since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lattelle held multiple positions at Wiley from June 1996 to November 2021, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager and Senior Communications Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed leading global internal communications for over 5,000 employees and managing the digitization of corporate messaging.
