Ben Matheny

Ben Matheny has experience in various leadership and operational roles. Ben worked as the Chief Service & Mobilization Officer at Pebble starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Workplace at Aurora from January 2021 to June 2022. From February 2014 to January 2021, they held the position of Senior Director Of Operations at Addepar. Ben began their professional career at Palantir Technologies as an Operations Manager from June 2005 to February 2014.

Ben Matheny completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business. Ben attended from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Santa Clara University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
