Alexander J. Ramirez is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Pebble Beach Resorts since July 2017, Alexander oversees overall culinary operations at Stillwater Bar & Grill. Previously, as Executive Sous Chef at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa (November 2012 - June 2017), Alexander managed culinary operations for multiple restaurants and directed daily operations for the Mission Inn Restaurant. Alexander also held positions such as Sous Chef at Michael Voltaggio's ink & ink sack and Cook at The Langham Hotels and Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Alexander began a culinary career managing multiple Cold Stone Creamery locations and achieved significant success in that role. Alexander holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena.
