Shane Hiura

Shane Hiura is an experienced food and beverage management professional with a career spanning over two decades in prestigious hospitality venues. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Pebble Beach Resorts' The Beach & Tennis Club since December 2024, Shane previously held the position of Restaurant Manager at Berckman's Place, Augusta National Golf Club, since April 2021. Prior roles include Banquet Manager at both Monterey Peninsula Country Club and La Playa Carmel, as well as General Manager at Léal Vineyards. Shane's long tenure at Pebble Beach Resorts from 2007 to 2020 involved various managerial roles, including In Room Dining Manager and Assistant Banquet Manager, among others. Additional experience includes Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Temecula Creek Inn and multiple positions at the Inn at Spanish Bay. Shane Hiura graduated from San Diego State University in 1992.
