Andrea Lucke

Andrea Lucke is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing client relationships and ensuring successful product implementation. Currently employed at Pebble REI since July 2023, Andrea has previously held similar roles at Biteable and Close, where responsibilities included onboarding clients and maintaining satisfaction. At Practice Ignition, Andrea excelled as a Territory Manager, overseeing the sales pipeline for the AMER region and providing training to clients. Early career highlights include serving as an Account Executive at NowMedia and various customer support positions at Disney Interactive. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from The University of British Columbia and has recently completed additional training at General Assembly.
