Jodie Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and education. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for APAC at PebblePad since June 2014, Jodie has progressed through various roles within the company, including Team Leader and Customer Success Manager. Prior to PebblePad, Jodie worked at Chisholm Institute from 1993 to 2014, holding positions such as ESL Teacher, Curriculum Leader, and Teacher Mentor. Jodie holds a Master's Degree in Education focusing on Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in Education from Monash University, and a Bachelor's Degree in English and History from Monash University.
