Sallie Allen, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in people and culture management, business development, and learning and development. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at PebblePad since January 2022, Sallie has previously founded Learn With VR, which enhances training through innovative technology. As a Co-Founder and Blended L&D Consultant at Enploy Ltd, Sallie focused on improving workplace performance through behavioral science and learning technology. In earlier roles, including HR Consultant at Triangle HR Ltd and Head of HR/Operations at Networks First, Sallie contributed to HR strategy and operational excellence. Sallie began a career at The NEC Group as a Business Development Manager, achieving multiple promotions during a six-year tenure. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in International Management from the University of Hull and a degree from the University of North Texas in Business Management and Marketing.
