Charlotte Baggaley has a diverse background in training and development, ranging from roles as a Learning & Development Facilitator at Pebbles Care to a Training Consultant at HIT Training and Connect2Care. Prior to this, Charlotte held management positions at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, specializing in IMC units and night staff management. Charlotte also has experience in sales and brand promotion from their time at Nespresso UK and New Look. Charlotte's educational background includes studies at Leicester College and The University of Sheffield.
