The Finance and Compliance team at Pebbles Care is responsible for managing the financial assets and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The Financial Director oversees budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to maintain the fiscal health of the organisation. The Finance Procurement Officer handles the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and value. The Compliance Officer Regulation 44 ensures the organisation's operations and practices comply with applicable laws and standards, safeguarding the welfare and rights of the children and young people in our care.
