Alina Rabinovich

Alina Rabinovich is the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Pecan. Alina was previously the HR and Recruitment Lead at K Health from February 2019 to April 2021. Alina was the first talent acquisition in the company, leading the growth from 30 to 120 employees. Alina was promoted to lead the HR as well as the talent acquisition efforts.

At K Health, Alina was responsible for building and implementing the recruiting strategy. Leading the recruiting brand awareness efforts. Structuring the foundation, capabilities & best practices for growing on a scale, that align with the business needs, during a rapid growth. 

Alina acted as a strategic partner to the management and provided consulting in alignment with the business strategy. Led and supported all HR activities from A to Z in all employee life cycles, including recruitment, team building and change management processes.    

Aligned HR policies to support the company strategy and values.

Promoted special care activities and approach during the COVID-19 pandemic with 'people first' approach.

Alina Rabinovich has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Management from The Open University of Israel.
