Alina Rabinovich

Alina Rabinovich has a diverse work experience in the HR and talent acquisition field. Alina is currently serving as the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Pecan AI since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at K Health as the HR and Recruitment Lead from February 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building and implementing the recruiting strategy and played a key role in the company's growth from 30 to 120 employees. Before joining K Health, Alina worked at SimilarWeb as an HR Recruiter from February 2017 to February 2019. Alina was involved in providing market intelligence insights to global brands. Prior to SimilarWeb, they worked at Verint as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from April 2014 to February 2017, where they managed recruitment for various roles from management to strategic executives. Alina started their career at SQLink Group as an HR Recruiter and HR Specialist, handling recruitment for software positions and outsourcing employees for companies such as Retalix, Nice, and Get Taxi.

Alina Rabinovich obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Management from The Open University of Israel between the years 2005 and 2009.
