Hila Segal

Hila Segal currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Marketing at WalkMe™ and holds the position of Vice President of Product Marketing. Additionally, Hila is an Executive Member of Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women in executive leadership. Hila mentors product marketers at Sharebird and provides go-to-market advisory at Pecan AI. Previously, Hila was the Vice President of Product & Customer Marketing at Observe.AI and held various roles at Clari, including VP of Product Marketing and Senior Director. Hila has extensive experience in leading product marketing teams, developing GTM strategies, and driving growth at Vendavo, Kapow Software, Laszlo Systems, and Amdocs Cloud Services. Hila earned a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
