Joshua Flexen

Joshua Flexen has a diverse work experience in marketing and operations. Joshua is currently the Director of Marketing Operations & RevOps at Pecan AI since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Pecan AI from May 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Pecan AI, Joshua worked at Accurate Background from September 2019 to May 2022, where they held the positions of Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Marketing Associate. During their tenure at Accurate Background, they focused on scaling marketing operations and digital marketing efforts. Joshua implemented various tools and strategies to enhance marketing impact and efficiency, including migrating from Hubspot to Marketo and onboarding Bizible for attribution reporting. Joshua also led the marketing team, introduced SalesLoft as a sales automation platform, and established a comprehensive channel performance reporting structure.

Prior to Accurate Background, Joshua worked as a Marketing Manager at Lip RipperZ, Inc. from October 2012 to August 2014, and as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Pacific Bay Insurance from November 2011 to October 2012.

Joshua Flexen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. Joshua has also obtained various certifications including MOPros First 500 Founding Member certification from MO Pros, and certifications in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, General Assembly Digital Marketing Circuit, HubSpot Certification, and Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
