Noah Belanger

VP of Custodial Services at Peckham, Inc.

Noah Belanger is currently the Vice President of Environmental Services at Peckham, Inc. Noah has previously worked as the Assistant Director of Environmental Services Department at Sparrow Health System and as Chief Okemos Council at the Boy Scouts of America.

Belanger started their career in environmental services in 1984 at Sparrow Health System. Noah oversaw the day-to-day operations of the environmental services division, assisted with staffing and training, and was responsible for quality control inspections. In 1988, they left Sparrow Health System to join the Boy Scouts of America as Chief Okemos Council.

In their current role at Peckham, Inc., Belanger is responsible for the company's environmental services, including waste management, recycling, and energy efficiency initiatives. Noah has been instrumental in Peckham's efforts to reduce its environmental impact and create a more sustainable workplace.

Noah Belanger has a MPA from Western Michigan University, a BS from the University of Michigan, and an AS from Schoolcraft College. Noah is also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center and Green Cleaning Company Certified from the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association.
