Performance Executive at Peckwater Brands

Courtney Mackenzie is a performance executive at Peckwater Brands in London. Prior to their current position, they were an exchange student in the US with Intrax from May 2018 to September 2020. Prior to that, they served as a product development innovation chef with Woolworths from May 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for creating new products, monitoring food trends, and overseeing in-house catering. Courtney also previously worked as a chef at Hartford House from November 2014 to December 2014 and at Jan Hendrik pop up restaurant from November 2017 to November 2017. In addition, they have experience as a pastry chef with DV Artisan Chocolate from July 2015 to February 2016 and as a chef with Lust Bistro and Bakery from January 2015 to March 2015.

Courtney Mackenzie attended Regent's University London, where they received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Courtney then studied Photography at New York University, followed by Branding at Pace University. Courtney also completed a course in Food Preparation and Patisserie, specialising in product development and culinary arts/chef training, at the Institute of Culinary Arts. Finally, they undertook a course in Organizational Behavior Studies at the Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
