Duncan McGovern

Duncan McGovern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology systems development and marketing operations, primarily on the Salesforce platform. As the founder and Principal of Pedal Lucid since March 2019, Duncan collaborates with nonprofits and small businesses to create innovative, data-driven solutions. Previously, Duncan served as the Community Group Leader for Salesforce User Groups in Christchurch, where efforts were focused on fostering a community for Salesforce users. At VISIONS Service Adventures, Duncan held several roles, culminating in responsibilities for marketing and Salesforce administration, while also implementing strategies for improvement based on data analytics. Before this, Duncan played a crucial role at Gallatin Tree Care, progressing from a general assistant to the Director of Operations. Duncan holds a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and Film Studies from Whitman College.
