Gaurav Seth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Client Partner and Managing Director for India at Pedersen & Partners since June 2024, Gaurav emphasizes a commitment to excellence and global outreach. Prior to this, Gaurav was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson for over a decade, specializing in senior executive search in Technology and Financial Services. Past roles also include Country Head of India at Hays, Senior Partner at Transearch, Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, and MD of India at Standard & Poor's. Gaurav's career began in banking, notably as Head of ATM Banking at ANZ Grindlays Bank. Gaurav holds a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BA in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
