Tamás Gönczi

Tamás Gönczi is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and executive search, currently serving as a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners since December 2007. Prior to this role, Tamás held various positions including Principal and Consultant at P&Bert, where responsibilities included sourcing qualified professionals for IT, Telco, Manufacturing, and Services sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant HR Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, managing HR functions, and as a Communication Associate at the Hungarian National Development Office, where Tamás oversaw content for a prominent government website. Tamás began a career in HR at IT Convergence, progressing from Technical Recruiter to HR Manager. Educational qualifications include an MA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Economics from the University of Montana, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science - Economics from the University of Hawai‘i System.
