Yannis Katzilieris

Yannis Katzilieris is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership consulting and executive search. Currently serving as Client Partner and Global Head of the Leadership Consulting Practice Group at Pedersen & Partners since November 2012, Yannis has played a pivotal role in the firm's operations across 54 offices in 50 countries. Prior to this, Yannis was a Partner at Egon Zehnder International from 1996 to November 2012 and held various leadership positions, including Commercial Director at DHL and Country Manager for Greece, Israel, and Cyprus at Braun (Gillette). Yannis began their career as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1989 to 1993. Yannis holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford and a BSFS from Georgetown University, along with education from Athens College.
